Relocation of ADSL service
You need to complete this form if: • You have an existing, active aaNet DSL service; and
• You are shifting premises; and
• You wish to transfer your current DSL service to your new premises.
Please note: • The relocation of a DSL service can never be guaranteed. The new service applied for must be undergo the standard testing and approval processes before it can be provisioned. Numerous copper path and other issues exist that may prevent us from being able to deliver service to the new service - please contact aaNet for more specific information.
• aaNet will endeavour to move any existing e-mail addresses and websites to the new service.
• The new service order must be for an active Telstra or Telstra Leased line.
• An discounted early termination fee of $65 will apply if your existing service is still under it's contract period, likewise an early termination fee will apply if your relocated service is cancelled within the contract period.
• Any unused time or data from your existing DSL service cannot be credited to the new DSL service.
• You may be issued with a new IP address if the relocated service is provisioned.
• Where your phone number is not changing but you are moving premises, an extra delay of several days will be experienced in provisioning the new DSL service, due to the need for your line to be active at the new premises before we can order it.
