Data is charged only one way, either uploads or downloads, whichever is the greater.
Excess charges quoted are per GB, however excess usage is calculated per MB on a pro-rata basis.
Payment is via credit card (MasterCard or Visa) only.
A 12 months duration applies to the above plans. An early disconnection fee of $200.00 applies for customers who choose to leave before twelve months has elapsed.
For existing ADSL users all services support fast churn.
The new ADSL activation fee for twelve month plans is a once only charge.

The Netcall SFOA point 3.6 states "We may assign priority to certain types of data traffic."
Please be advised that the speed of the 8000 plans is variable, and is dependant on your individual line conditions. Speeds may vary anywhere between 1500k and 8000k. On advice from our wholesale supplier, we expect 70% of our customers to be able to obtain speeds in excess of 6000kbit.
