How to Setup your .Netcall Email

Remember, before you can setup your email client you must create your email account/s in the members section. We have provided a video of how to do this below.

Please go to the members section and click on email setup and you will find a box like this. Just type in the name of your preferred email address and confirm your desired password and click create

When you create your email addresses, write down your username and password and follow the settings below to set up your client to use your new email addresses.

Click here if your email client is Microsoft Outlook

Other mail client settings will be the same.

"Account type" is POP3

"Mail Server" = mail.netcall.com.au

"Your Name" is what you want other people to see as your name

"user name" always = yourname@netcall.com.au = the Netcall email account name you setup in your members section.

Password = whatever you made in the members sections when you created your .Netcall email account.
