This form is only for checking the status of your EXISTING order with .Netcall.

If you have applied for a new ADSL service you can enter your ten digit telephone number in to the ‘box' above and click submit. The status of your application according to Telstra with then be displayed.

Please enter your ten digit telephone number, including the area code like this: 0311112222 without any spaces and click submit.

This must be the number you applied to have your ADSL service on.

Please note: this is information directly from Telstra and .Netcall cannot warrant the accuracy of this information. Occasionally all will not go as planned with Telstra and Telstra accepts no liability in this regard. Please use this information as a guide only.
